Practice Online with Jayasudhaa in real time each week in her membership. My current weekly Livestream classes are also recorded and posted in the membership if you cannot attend live.

Classes:

Tuesday | 5:30 am – 6:30 am | Level 2 Hour Practice - Core Work out

Thursday | 5:30 am – 6:30 am | Movement and Flow - Full Body Workout

Saturday | 5:30 am – 6:30 am | All Levels - Slow and Relaxed Practice

Pranayama , Breathing Exercises are included in all the sessions.

Sessions begin with Warmups and Surya Namaskars/Sun Salutations.

Yoga philosophy is discussed once in month.
